A new enemy, better booms and an installer...

I know that I am putting off that inventory, but I decided to have some quick fun today and implemented the following  quick wins:

•  New enemy: The Tiny Fighter.
•  Improved all enemy graphics.
•  Improved start menu with music and larger title.
•  Improved the explosions:
  •  Additional graphics.
  •  Layered them over lootboxes.
• The temporary win screen finally has an exit button.

I also made an installer, using Jordan Russell's  free  Inno Setup (https://jrsoftware.org/isinfo.php).
